Throughout history and into the modern era, numerous Muslim apologists, dawah practitioners (those who actively invite others to Islam), imams, and scholars have examined the claims of Islam alongside the historic Christian faith and ultimately embraced Christianity.
In many cases, the historical reliability of the New Testament, coupled with internal challenges found within Islamic scripture (including arguments like the Islamic Dilemma), played a central role in their conversions.

Conversion Journey: Driven to prove the superiority of the Quran over the Bible, Murray embarked on a nine-year rigorous historical and legal investigation of Christian scriptures and Islamic claims. Expecting to dismantle Christianity, he instead found that the historical evidence for the deity, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus Christ was overwhelming. He authored Grand Central Question and became a prominent Christian apologist and speaker.
Background: A former Muslim scholar and professor of Islamic History at the prestigious Al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt—one of the sunni Islamic world's highest authorities.
Conversion Journey: After memorizing the entire Quran by age 12 and graduating top of his class at Al-Azhar, Dr. Gabriel began critically evaluating Islamic historical texts and jihadist doctrines. His questioning led to his dismissal from the university, imprisonment, and torture by Egyptian security forces. Upon his release, he obtained a Bible, read the Sermon on the Mount, and was moved by the teachings and love of Jesus Christ. Conversion Journey: While preparing a sermon to refute Christian doctrine, Joseph attempted to prove that Jesus was not God using Quranic texts. During his study, he noticed that while the prophet Muhammad's name appears four times in the Quran, Jesus (Isa) is mentioned 25 times and given titles like Kalimatullah (Word of Allah) and Ruhullah (Spirit of Allah). Seeking clarification, he began reading the Bible, leading to his discovery of salvation in Jesus Christ.
Background: Born into a Muslim family in Kenya, Wario was trained as a dawah worker and Quranic teacher, dedicated to proselytizing non-Muslims.
Conversion Journey: While engaged in comparative religion studies to convert Christians to Islam, he closely examined the Gospels and Old Testament prophecies.
